Please be sure to check back on Sunday for the winner or leave contact info on your comment if you don't have a blog.
Farm Dreams sold out. I will be offering it as an 8x10 print, I also have a couple new flower head originals in my etsy store here.

Lovely print Julie and I like your style. As for a painting topic, you are very brave to ask for suggestions. I never could follow suggestions, I am very stubborn which is probably why I can't do commissions and paint for other people but since you asked, how about painting the concept of (1) Petrichor or (2)A Punctuated Equilibrium or (3) Spring Cleaning of the Soul or (4) The Autumn of Repair or (5) The Winter of Warm Embrace. These are things that I am thinking of right now and which I want to illustrate and paint. I wonder what your personal interpretation would look like.

I ADORE the flowerhead girls! My walls would thank you for them : ).

I think an interpretation of the song "Burgundy Shoes" by Patty Griffin done in your wonderful style would be amazing. Do you know the song? I will try to put it in a player on my blog.

Can't wait to see what you do next!

I love cows and you seem to like to put birds in your paintings. How about doing a cow with a bird perched on it's back. Maybe a fence in the background with a few trees and a barn?

I know it's not your norm but, I'd love to see what you do with the idea. At least I've put in my two cents to help with new ideas.

One more thought...I've seen some of your King/Queen works. How about one of the couple dancing in the ballroom, dressed in their grand attire?

Lovely artwork. how about something geared around Poppies, Poppy Fields, or the song Strawberry Fields Forever.

LOVE your work! I seem to be in a 'river' mood this morning. Maybe because that's where I go when I need a peaceful place.

You know I love your art! And people, you should definitely buy ORIGINALS, because they are just awesome! Loving mine and so worth eating top ramen for a week for! Heh Heh! :)

My suggestion...your interpretation of the song "Blower's Daughter" by Damien Rice. I know what it brings to my mind. What does it bring to yours??

If I win, I am going to gift these prints out - because sharing the Julie love would bring me such joy! :)

Hugs, Tam

Everyone,
Thank you again for all your comments and ideas! I am so grateful for your input. I wish I could afford to send everyone a print, right now! I think I have been able to go to everyone's blog and thank them personally, except Meg Fowler.
So thank you Meg, for your idea!
