Giveaway winners and late print

The winners are comments number 15,11,27 13. I used the random number generator to be fair. I'm too tired to figure out who that is, but if you want, you can count the posts and figure out if you are a winner. I appreciate all the love, you sweeties! If you are one of the winners, please email me at Juliefillo @hotmail.com and give me your mailing address, and your 8x10- will be on it's way.
I am going to be late with the print, it will probably be tomorrow, this deck build has kept me hopping! The new print will be titled, "Their mother waits for the garden" It's sort of a self portrait. I have made so much food this weekend and I have been cleaning cupboards and closets getting ready to list our house for sale... I have not had much time for painting, but it's almost done.
Today, our son, Ryan and Niki and Jamie and their dog, Wrigley came and worked on the deck. Here are some pics. Seriously, if these kids had not come in and worked so hard on screwing in screws, Dave would have been doing it until November. And Ryan, he works so hard. Thank you, darling son.

Niki
Ryan, such a sweet, good son.
Wrigley. He dances like a Lippizanner Stallion.

Large Embellished Prints

I've been offering embellished giclee prints on my etsy site for awhile and I thought I would show what they look like before they are stretched onto the stretcher bars. These are two favorite paintings, the Queen Evangeline print is sold, the original was 18x24 on canvas and it has been a very popular print on paper. I added a bunch of texture to the print on canvas, and then painted all over it, so it looks just like an original. I really enjoy doing these. My husband has a LARGE epson color printer and it prints beautifully on canvas, but I miss the texture of the original so I have been basically repainting every one after he prints them for me.
The blue one, the original was 9x12 on wood that I sold a few months ago, and this is the first time I have made an embellished print of a smaller painting, and I think it turned out so good. I think it truly captures the feel of the original, which I did not feel was true of the repeat of the original I redid for myself. I sell these on etsy for $149 for the 18x24 size and $100 for the 16x20. I can do just about anything that is in my etsy shop this way, any print, you could buy a hand embellished print that looks like this. I might have to do some magic if the size is weird, but I can make it work. Don't look at how messy my table is, please. My husband came through his surgery just fine, but I am taking care of him in between doing my arty work.
I hope this makes clear what I am doing with these, but if not, please feel free to ask questions.

Week 28 52 Week project Amanita Mushroom Honeysuckle Girl Print 5x7

Here is my new print for this week. I am showing and offering two views for the print because it was done in my moleskine, so there is the bindery line down the middle of the painting.

This is a theme that I keep returning to. It makes me feel unsettled, but for reasons unnamed, I feel compelled to paint these girls in a sinister situation. They are Vulnerable.

Artwalk Pictures!

I finally remembered to take pictures after I hung a show! As you can see, there are two large older paintings, but almost all of the rest of the work I have done in the last week. WHEW~ I did two in the home follows you series, like we did for the charity auction last month, and the other larger ones I already showed you. There is another wall in the show of a row of 9x12 boxes I did. There were two other artists with work at the show, the place has huge walls! Anyway, if you get a chance to stop by the Taphouse in the next month, let me know.
